Job Description
Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a customer service representative at a market research field study group. Customer Service Representatives must have excellent phone skills, good computer skills, desire to help others, ability to multi task in a fast environment.
Candidates must be comfortable reading from a script but also improvising based on the customers reactions. Must have high energy and be friendly and outgoing.
• Inbound/outbound call center
• Conducting surveys
• Scheduling appointments
• Customer Service
• Sort, maintain, and update files
• All other duties as assigned
Currently Customer Service Representatives are working part-time evening hours, with the opportunity for more hours for those with great work ethic and attendance.
