Summary: Design and develop cutting-edge technical hardware solutions for satellite and terrestrial IP-based communications systems, focusing on digital high-speed hardware design, FPGA boards, power delivery networks, and mixed signal ASICs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience with in-depth expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • High-speed digital circuit design using Xilinx FPGAs.
  • Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) tools.
• Experience in design, verification, and collaboration with production facilities to ensure manufacturability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• Knowledge of advanced hardware design systems, including:
  • Satellite Digital Modem Design.
  • PTP/IEEE-1588.
  • Interlaken and Serial RapidIO.
  • 100 GigE Ethernet.
  • JESD2048 design and implementation.
• Experience with satellite and/or terrestrial IP-based user terminal architectures and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical hardware solutions for satellite and terrestrial IP-based communications systems.
• Focus on high-speed hardware design, FPGA boards, power delivery networks, and mixed signal ASICs.
• Collaborate in a multi-functional engineering team to integrate hardware, software, and network technology.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable and reproducible, collaborating with production facilities.
• Participate in hardware design verification processes.
• Stay updated with advancements in hardware design and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of hardware design methodologies.

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 PER YEAR
