Job Description

YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT: Support Vision for current users of the system. Additionally support Vantagepoint project delivery from implementation through post live strategic and best practice consulting.

• Work closely with Principal Consultant to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify and resolve customer challenges.
• Use a comprehensive and extensive understanding of Vision and Vantagepoint to be able to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Keep apprised of Vantagepoint updates/new releases.
• Understand industry accounting principles and their application to the Deltek product lines.
• Work within budget and time frame requirements for completion of each project.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and entrepreneurship.
• Display excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related program.
• Vision and/or Vantagepoint experience in a multi-currency and multi-company environment is preferred.
• 1-3 years of implementation experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of, or experience with, accounting principles, project cost accounting and project management is required.
• Knowledge of architectural and engineering industry is beneficial.
• Knowledge of ERP solution implementation is required.
