SEEKING HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER TO JOIN OUR WORLD CLASS MANUFACTURING PLANT:
RELOCATION REQUIRED--within 40 miles of our Lebanon Oregon campus.
Schedule: Monday - Friday

POSITION SUMMARY:
Directs all human resource functions of all divisions at the Lebanon, Oregon campus, in accordance with the policies and practices of the company, laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations, and other regulatory and advisory authorities. Responsible for strategic human resource planning, organizational development, policies and programs.
- Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the company's human resource department function and performance
- Participate in the development of the company's plans and programs from the perspective of the impact on people
- Establish credibility throughout the organization in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues
- Responsible for recruitment efforts and directing associated activities
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable employment laws
- Develop and document business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Provides advice and counsel on employee matters, company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance
- Assists in investigation and resolution of employee concerns and coordinates processes of responding to concerns
- Translate the strategic business plans into human resources strategic goals and objectives
- Oversees and engages in employee relations and communications, payroll, benefits, recruiting and retention, compensation, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
- Coaching company leadership in creating and maintaining a work environment with high morale
- Direct supervision of employees in the Human Resources department. Also, includes planning, directing work, appraising performance, addressing concerns, and resolving problems
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, and developing employees
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Utilize Continuous Improvement tools such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, LSW, RIE’s and other work area standards
- Represent ENTEK with the highest standard of professional conduct when interacting with employees, suppliers and customers
- Adopt ENTEK culture and core values
- Develops and maintains proper business relationship with all stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related field preferred. A combination of ten or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills essential
- Able to prepare and present in group setting
- Align and practice Servant Leadership Model
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Human Resources certification, and certified leadership training preferred
