Funded startup seeking talented Full Stack Engineer to assist in building Meme Paradise, the largest Meme Social Media Platform.

You must have extensive experience developing, building and sustaining large + complex (yet maintainable) systems, and you should be able to do both in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible.

You know this because in politics, online forums, corporate branding and just for fun, memes are everywhere. 30% of GenZ/Millennials reportedly interact with Memes every single day. We're building Meme Paradise, where everything about memes can be found in one place. For visualization purposes: whereas professionals use Linkedin and gamers use Discord, we intend to be the primary place GenZ & Millennials to interact with Memes. EnterMeme is a place to create, share, vote on, discuss, play Meme games and learn valuable skills for when graduating school. For businesses, we provide IP solutions to Meme copyright challenges, a marketplace for hiring top meme talent, and the most comprehensive dataset around social media memes available online.

Our responsive application in web/mobile app needs ongoing enhancement & development. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, optimisation, and successfully achieving a moonshot-high conversion rate of incoming web traffic to new paying subscribers. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in working closely with our extremely talented agile team.

This is a full-time position with potential for stock options and bonuses.

We would like to see your previous work with similar technology described above and evidence of your successful track record. This is a must.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Development, UI/UX Integration, and maintaining a web + mobile app for our platform which converts incoming web traffic into paying subscribers
• Entering the minds of our target audience to understand exactly what's desired in a Meme product
• Developing a technical roadmap and consistently hitting daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Tweaking, modifying and extending the platform for 1000x growth
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
• Be available at various hours, some of our current team are overseas
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
• Advising the CEO & CTO with regards to enhancement & suggestion of our Meme platform

Position Requirements:

• Engineering Degree and equivalent experience.
• Experience in a similar role with positive references
• Relevant management experience would be an asset
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• You are a “people person”, someone who others would speak of as fun and enjoyable to work with.
