    Enterprise Account Executive

    Our client, a fast-growing software development startup, is hiring Enterprise Account Executives to drive complex, high-value sales within the materials and chemical manufacturing sector.

    This role is designed for experienced enterprise sellers who are comfortable navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and selling highly technical products to both business and scientific audiences. You'll own strategic accounts end-to-end and play a key role in expanding the company's enterprise footprint.

    What You'll Do

    • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial engagement through close, for large and complex deals
    • Sell a technical R&D platform to C-level executives, engineering leaders, and scientific stakeholders
    • Navigate multi-threaded buying processes across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
    • Partner closely with founders, solutions engineers, and sales leadership on strategic accounts
    • Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) to drive deal progression and forecast accuracy
    • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets within a disciplined, high-performance sales environment

    What We're Looking For

    • 8–10+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions into enterprise organizations
    • 4+ years in a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive role with ownership of large, technical deals
    • Demonstrated success managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise customers
    • Formal training and consistent use of a sales methodology such as MEDDPICC
    • Strong consultative selling skills, particularly with technical or product-heavy solutions
    • Ability to engage credibly with both executive buyers and technical stakeholders

    Nice to Have:

    • Background or exposure to chemistry, materials science, or related technical domains
