- Sales cycles typically 3–9 months with $100K–$500K+ deal sizes
- Direct collaboration with product and engineering to shape solutions

Compensation + Benefits
- Base salary: $150K–$170K
- OTE: ~$300K–$340K+ (uncapped)
- Variable paid quarterly
