Enterprise Account Executive – AI Fintech Startup with Massive Upside
Location: San Francisco (In-Person, Monday to Friday)
Compensation: 100K to 125K base salary plus uncapped commission and 0.1 to 0.2 percent equity
Reporting To: Founder and CEO

Their proprietary AI evaluates consumer financial profiles faster and more accurately than human reviewers, eliminating fraud and surfacing qualified applicants who would otherwise be missed.
Their first vertical is residential real estate, where they already count major institutional property managers as clients. The broader market opportunity spans fintech, lending, insurance, and more.
What You Will Do
Own and close complex six-figure enterprise deals from discovery through contract
Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
Partner closely with the CEO and product team to shape customer experience and sales strategy
Deliver on monthly and quarterly forecasts and exceed revenue goals
Educate buyers on the company’s technology and value proposition with clarity and confidence
What We Are Looking For
This role is best suited for someone early in their AE career who is already outperforming expectations and ready for more ownership and upside. We are prioritizing candidates with drive, intelligence, and a proven ability to win.
Ideal candidates will have:
At least one year of experience as an Account Executive at a B2B startup or tech company
A track record of rapid promotions or advancement in past roles
Quota attainment of 100 percent or higher, ideally with proof
Experience working at a fast-paced, high-growth startup
The ability to work full-time in person in San Francisco
We are not considering candidates with short, unstable job histories or those unable to clearly communicate their impact on past teams.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary between 100K and 125K
Uncapped commissions with top performers exceeding 200K total earnings
Equity between 0.1 and 0.2 percent, currently valued at 300K on paper
