    A fast-growing AI company in San Francisco is expanding its founding sales team and looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead its entry into the financial services market.

    This company’s conversational AI platform is already transforming how businesses communicate in industries like housing and hospitality — and now, it’s scaling into financial services. As an early enterprise hire, you will own the go-to-market strategy for this vertical, working directly with the founding team to build and close six-figure deals with leading lenders and loan servicers.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through negotiation and close

    • Build relationships with executives across lending and financial services organizations

    • Tailor the company’s AI solution to industry-specific needs, demonstrating ROI and impact

    • Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team on pricing, strategy, and playbook development

    • Partner with product teams to influence roadmap decisions based on customer feedback

    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and panels in the financial services sector

    Who You Are

    • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including consistent success in an enterprise or strategic AE role

    • Proven ability to close six-figure or larger deals with Fortune 1000 or regulated clients

    • Experience selling into financial services, fintech, lending, or adjacent regulated industries

    • Consultative and analytical approach; able to link complex AI or automation products to business outcomes

    • Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments where you help build structure rather than follow it

    • Local to San Francisco (or willing to relocate) and energized by in-office collaboration

    • Driven by ownership, personal accountability, and tangible results

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Base Salary: $150,000

    • On-Target Earnings: $300,000+ with uncapped upside
