Enterprise Account Executive – AI-Powered Retail & Supply Chain Solutions | Northeast Territory

As they scale their U.S. field sales force, we’ve been exclusively engaged to identify an Enterprise Account Executive with deep expertise in retail supply chain technology and a track record of closing complex, high-value deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own and drive full-cycle enterprise sales across a Northeast territory
Develop and expand relationships with C-level stakeholders across retail, wholesale, and distribution
Manage deals ranging from $400K to multi-million dollar contracts
Lead complex sales motions involving value-based selling, pilots, and consultative presentations
Leverage internal solution consultants and cross-functional support to close high-impact deals
Report directly to an EVP with a proven track record of scaling elite sales teams
Ideal Background
5–7+ years of quota-carrying success in enterprise SaaS sales
Background selling to retailers, grocers, wholesalers, or CPG/distribution channels
Strong understanding of merchandising, space planning, supply chain, and price & promotion optimization
Tenure of 2+ years per role — we’re looking for proven performers, not job hoppers
Experience with platforms like Blue Yonder, o9, Symphony RetailAI, RELEX, ToolsGroup, etc., is highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Base Salary & Uncapped Commission
Structure: 50/50 split with uncapped commissions and aggressive accelerators
Perks: Company car (TBD), health benefits, 401(k), and generous PTO
First-year quota is pro-rated and comes with a supportive ramp-up plan
Territory & Travel
Must reside in the Northeast U.S. (NY, NJ, MA, PA, etc.)
Travel expected ~20% within region
