We are hiring a small group of Enterprise Account Executives to lead high-impact deals, influence the sales playbook, and grow with a team that values speed, autonomy, and sharp execution.

What You Will Do
Lead the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
Sell a mission-critical AI voice solution to executive and technical buyers
Drive high-value deals in the mid-six to low-seven figure range
Engage directly with CX, IT, and operations leaders across highly regulated industries
Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and founding team to shape GTM process and strategy
Be a builder — not just a closer — as the team scales and the category explodes
What You Bring
Three to six years of SaaS closing experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup
Experience managing complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise buyers
Ability to run technical discovery without needing a solutions engineer
Comfort selling into verticals like healthcare, financial services, and insurance
Startup DNA: you figure things out fast, work cross-functionally, and move with urgency
Based on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours (relocation supported)
Bonus: founder experience, athletic background, or prior exposure to voice or API-led platforms
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary between $100,000 and $160,000 depending on experience
On-target earnings up to $200,000-$320,000+ with uncapped commission
Top performers have a clear path to exceed OTE
Annual quota between 1.2 and 1.4 million with a two-month ramp
Equity between 0.04 and 0.06 percent
Remote-first team operating on East Coast hours
Relocation support available for top candidates
