Enterprise Account Executive / Senior AE – Close $500K–$3M+ Deals in High-Growth AI SaaS

In less than two years, this company has landed multiple seven-figure deals with globally recognized enterprise customers. Their technology sits at the intersection of AI, data science, and marketing intelligence—offering clarity where legacy platforms fall short.
They are entering a phase of rapid commercial expansion and hiring a select group of high-performing sellers to help drive that growth. The sales team is lean, high-trust, and looking to add proven professionals who want to take on larger deals, greater ownership, and meaningful equity.
About the Role
We’re hiring for both Enterprise Account Executive and Senior Account Executive roles. Scope and title will be determined based on your deal size experience, seniority, and trajectory.
This is a strategic closing role focused on complex, high-value enterprise deals. You’ll be engaging with senior decision-makers across global marketing organizations and working directly with company leadership.
Responsibilities
Own and close new business across large enterprise accounts
Navigate strategic, multi-stakeholder deals ranging from $500K to $3M+
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver tailored solutions
Contribute to refining the company’s sales approach, strategy, and materials
Travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events
What We're Looking For
Senior AE Candidates Should Have:
7+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, data, or AI
Experience closing $2M+ deals with well-known enterprise customers
Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong understanding of complex sales processes and long-cycle procurement
Experience selling into marketing organizations or analytics buyers
Enterprise AE (Mid-Level) Candidates Should Have:
4–6+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
Closed deals in the $500K–$1M+ range
Consistent quota attainment and ability to navigate ambiguity
Startup experience or strong interest in high-ownership roles
Preferred Backgrounds:
Experience selling technical or data-centric products
Exposure to marketing, analytics, or customer data platforms
Salesforce or similar CRM experience
Not the Right Fit If You:
Rely heavily on inbound or brand-driven sales
Have only sold self-serve or viral products (e.g., Slack, Figma)
Require rigid processes or highly structured teams to succeed
Are not open to working onsite in San Francisco
Compensation & Benefits
Enterprise AE
Base Salary: $165,000 – $180,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $300,000+ (60/40 split)
Senior AE
Base Salary: $180,000 – $200,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $350,000+ (60/40 split, uncapped upside)
