Enterprise Account Executive at a Fast-Growing Healthcare AI Company Revolutionizing Patient Access
We’re partnering with a well-funded, Series A healthcare AI company that’s quietly transforming how patients access care. In under two years, their technology has already helped hundreds of thousands of patients connect with healthcare providers faster — and they’re growing ARR in the millions every quarter.
They’ve attracted investment from top-tier venture firms and healthcare industry leaders who see their mission as foundational to the next decade of healthcare innovation. Their platform is already being used by some of the most forward-thinking health systems in the country — and they’re just getting started.
(We’ll share the full company name and details during your initial conversation.)
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to own the full sales cycle at a company sitting at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and operational automation — a market expanding faster than almost any other.
You’ll be part of a small, elite sales team (currently two people) reporting directly into leadership, selling high-impact solutions to large hospitals, health systems, and clinics.
This is not a “maintenance” role — it’s a builder’s role. You’ll shape GTM strategy, develop messaging, and help define how healthcare AI sales should be done.
What You’ll Do
Lead the full-cycle sales process — from prospecting to closing seven-figure deals
Develop and refine outbound playbooks to optimize pipeline velocity
Partner closely with product and marketing to align strategy and feedback loops
Deliver compelling demos that translate complex AI solutions into real-world outcomes
Track and forecast activity in the CRM with precision
Become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at major health systems
Represent the company at key healthcare events and industry conferences
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience within health tech, healthcare SaaS, or AI
Proven success selling into hospitals, health systems, or large provider networks
Comfortable with complex, 6–12 month deal cycles and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
Track record of 100%+ quota attainment and internal promotion (SDR → AE or AE → Enterprise AE)
Experience driving 80% outbound motion (calls, email, LinkedIn) with strong pipeline discipline
In-person 4 days per week in San Francisco; travel-ready for conferences and client meetings
A high level of grit, coachability, and startup hunger — you move fast, stay humble, and win big
Why This Role Matters
This role will double the size of the sales team and directly shape the company’s growth trajectory heading into Series B. You’ll be closing deals that drive real change in how patients access care — helping hospitals operate more efficiently while improving lives at scale.
