Position Overview:
The Enterprise Development Account Executive will be vital in managing client accounts, coordinating and hosting events, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Monitor and ensure the timely execution of client deliverables and projects.
Event Coordination and Hosting:
Plan, coordinate, and host events that align with client and company goals.
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and attendee communications.
Represent JBJ Management professionally at client and community events.
Payment Verification and Communication:
Call client companies to verify receipt of payments.
Work closely with internal finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely payment processing.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Development team to achieve departmental goals.
Provide regular updates on account statuses, events, and payment verification activities.
Prepare and present reports detailing client engagement and project progress.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
