Currently, 80% of adults with special needs are unemployed. Thrive provides opportunities for these individuals to find purpose and dignity by creating products for sale to the community.

The Enterprise Leader Assistant is responsible for guiding and supporting Thrive Community citizens (adults with special needs) in the production of goods for sale. This role requires creativity, patience, and strong leadership to ensure both successful product outcomes and personal growth for each citizen.
