    Job Description:

    The Enterprise Process Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping how the company operates and grows. This senior-level position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-of-end business processes across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will combine deep analytical expertise with a bold, innovative mindset; reimagining how work gets done to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer value.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with department heads, process owners, and frontline team members to deeply understand how work is executed and where innovation can make the biggest impact.
    • Map and document all core business processes across departments to establish a comprehensive understanding of current-state operations.
    • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps, and recommend redesigns that deliver measurable performance improvements.
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement improvements and foster a culture of continuous innovation and accountability.
    • Serve as an internal consultant and subject matter expert for Lean Six Sigma and process excellence methodologies.
    • Partner with technology, data, and operations teams to explore automation and digital solutions that enable process transformation.
    • Engage regularly with department leaders, process owners, and frontline team members to understand current workflows and pain points.
    • Conduct process analyses using data, observation, and interviews to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
    • Develop clear documentation, process maps, and visual models to communicate findings and recommendations.
    • Prepare and deliver concise executive summaries and presentations that translate operational insights into strategic actions.
    • Coordinate cross-functional project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
    • Partner with technology, data, and operations teams to evaluate tools and systems that support automation and efficiency.
    • Maintain visibility into active initiatives, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is highly preferred.
    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
    • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business process management, or operational strategy.
    • Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
    • Strong proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and performance measurement tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and present it to both operational and executive audiences.
    • Experience in residential construction or home services is helpful but not required.
