About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead workstreams within a large-scale finance transformation initiative. In this role, you will oversee and drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects spanning the home office, field teams, and broader finance operations. You'll partner with business areas, digital teams, internal associates, and global contractors to keep critical initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead Workstreams Within a Finance Transformation Initiative
- Oversee project streams tied to finance transformation efforts supporting the home office, field teams, and broader finance operations.
- Coordinate across business areas, digital teams, internal associates, and global contractors.
- Adopt and implement best-practice project methodology and frameworks across technical and functional areas.
Drive Project Execution in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple moving parts.
- Ensure weekly reports and updates are completed accurately and on time.
- Proactively unblock issues and keep projects moving forward.
- Deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Establish major milestones, dependencies, and over-arching schedules, including adoption and benefit realization plans.
- Provide accurate forecasting of project capital and resources required.
- Quantify levels of risk, articulate business impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and Communicate Across Global and Cross-Functional Teams
- Work with contractors and stakeholders across multiple regions, including South America.
- Report both upward and downward within the organization.
- Connect the right teams and individuals to ensure alignment and execution.
- Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring alignment vertically and horizontally as change occurs.
- Set and manage client expectations; escalate issues and changes when appropriate.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy and provide mentoring to others.

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders, large teams, and multiple business units.
- Change management experience.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (certification not required).
Highly Preferred
- Finance transformation project experience.
- Financial services industry experience.
- Experience supporting finance or business operations.
- Both Agile and waterfall project management exposure.
- Experience working with global teams and contractors.
Certifications
- PMP certification preferred.
- Change management certification preferred.
- Agile certification is not required — practical Agile/waterfall experience matters more than certifications.
