We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on cultivating high-value relationships with C-level executives and owners of large healthcare organizations, including laboratories, ABA therapy companies, and assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive healthcare or BPO sales experience and existing book of business to drive new client acquisitions, primarily targeting sizable enterprises while occasionally engaging with multi-clinic operations. Based preferably in New Jersey but open to remote candidates, this role requires a charismatic professional with exceptional sales acumen to represent our company at trade shows, networking events, and high-stakes client meetings, delivering tailored BPO solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target C-level executives and owners of large healthcare organizations, focusing on laboratories, ABA therapy providers, and assisted living facilities.
- Leverage an existing book of business to generate leads and secure contracts for our offshore BPO services, including back-office operations, customer service, and technical support.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and establish connections with key decision-makers.
- Conduct high-level sales presentations and negotiations, articulating the value of our BPO solutions to meet clients' operational and cost-efficiency goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize outsourcing solutions that align with the specific needs of healthcare enterprises and multi-clinic organizations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering opportunities for account expansion.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of proven sales experience in BPO or healthcare, with a focus on selling to C-level executives and owners of large organizations.
- Established book of business with existing contacts in healthcare sectors, such as laboratories, ABA therapy, or assisted living, strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, back-office processes, and BPO solutions, with the ability to develop and articulate strategic sales approaches.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a charismatic personality, capable of building trust and rapport with high-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-value, enterprise-level deals.
- Experience representing companies at trade shows, networking events, or industry conferences.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to complex client needs.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
- Preferably based in New Jersey, but open to candidates located outside the state with strong qualifications.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics software.
Compensation
- Base salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
