    Location: Southeast U.S. (Charlotte, NC preferred; Atlanta, Nashville, Raleigh, Tampa considered)
    Compensation: $100K–$130K base + commission upside; transitions to full commission once book is built
    Reports to: Vice President of Sales

    The Opportunity
    This is a pure hunter role designed for a sales professional who thrives on building new business from scratch. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing large enterprise accounts while leveraging a full-service production platform to deliver high-impact, customer-facing solutions.

    Working directly with senior sales leadership, you will:

    • Break into new enterprise accounts across multiple verticals

    • Build and manage a high-value pipeline ($250K+ opportunities)

    • Sell complex, multi-solution offerings to senior decision-makers

    • Play a key role in expanding the company’s national footprint

    What You’ll Do

    New Business Development

    • Prospect and close new enterprise accounts across target industries

    • Build a pipeline of high-value opportunities through structured outreach

    • Drive full-cycle sales from initial contact through contract execution

    Enterprise Sales Execution

    • Engage VP- and C-level stakeholders across marketing, procurement, and operations

    • Develop tailored solutions leveraging print, signage, packaging, and direct mail capabilities

    • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes

    Pipeline & Performance Management

    • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and reporting

    • Hit and exceed activity and pipeline KPIs during ramp period

    • Provide consistent updates to sales leadership on deal progression

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with production and project management teams to ensure seamless execution

    • Align client expectations with operational capabilities to drive satisfaction and retention

    Market Presence

    • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities

    • Build credibility and brand presence within your assigned territory

    You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

    • 5+ years of outside/field sales experience in print, signage, packaging, or related industries

    • Proven track record of hunting and closing new enterprise or national accounts

    • Strong understanding of print production, substrates, and customer-facing materials

    • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with large deal sizes ($250K+)

    • High level of self-discipline and autonomy in managing pipeline and activity

    • Comfort with performance-based compensation and building a book of business

    Bonus Points For:

    • Experience selling into multi-location enterprise organizations (retail, healthcare, food service, automotive, etc.)

    • Familiarity with large industry competitors and enterprise sales dynamics

    • Existing relationships within Southeast-based enterprise accounts

    • Military background or veteran status
