Start Date: ASAP Duration: 4 months Hours: 7am- 1630pm Unit: HR/Organizational Development Job Summary: HR Generalist The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR management and the HR Partners in supporting the daily operations of the team. This position provides project and analytical support by partnering to deliver best practice, strategic & business-focused HR solutions throughout the organization. Other activities are performed in collaboration with the HR Partner and/or the HR specialist representing the specific technical area. School Education: Bachelor's Degree (Minimum) Area of Study: Area of Study in a Field Related to the Position (Minimum) Experience 3 Years of Experience (Minimum) 5 Years of Experience (Preferred) Other: (Minimum) Knowledge of HR practices. (Minimum) Experience in project management, strategic and critical thinking. (Minimum) Knowledge of disability management practices. (Minimum) Proficient with PC office products and experience with HRIS
