  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to multiple executives who oversee the programming and development of unscripted content for NBC. This individual will serve as a department liaison by communicating with internal divisions, as well as with the external business and creative community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage heavy phones, calendar, and contacts for executives
    • Maintain pitch logs and handle development research
    • Manage expenses and coordinate travel
    • Own guest lists for The Voice , America’s Got Talent , and/or other NBC shows
    • Build out decks to be used for both internal and external meetings
    • Track internal documents (i.e. status of pitches, what has been passed on, what the team is acquiring), proactively staying on top of deadlines
    • Track multiple productions and manage the master production calendar
    • Interface with creative executives, agents, producers, production companies, and talent on a regular basis, always ensuring professionalism and great customer service
    • Share creative insight and voice opinions on projects, gaining exposure and immersion across the full development and production process
    • Complete other development and administrative duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • 2+ years of administrative experience in the entertainment industry
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    Desired Characteristics :

    • A highly creative individual with strong interest in reality competition programming and production
    • Working experience at a network, agency, and/or production company/office preferred
    • Previous experience managing an executive-level desk/office in fast-paced environment preferred
    • Working experience with Canva and AI platforms
    • Utmost confidentiality and discretion needed
    • Ability to anticipate the needs of the executives/team
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
    • Personable with the ability to interface with the creative community and all levels of NBCUniversal staff
    • Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals, exercising professionalism
    • Open and flexible to work outside standard business hours

    Additional Requirements

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

    Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
