POSITION: Cocktail Server 

TYPE: Part Time

STATUS: Immediate Opening

JOB OVERVIEW:

• The Entertainment District is looking for AMAZING nightlife server with a proven record of beverage sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a natural salesperson, with a strong drive to serve the customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide superfast and knowledgeable beverage service to entertainment district customers every weekend.
• Upsell beverages and cross sell memberships, event tickets and bottle service. 
• Work closely and harmoniously with team to set up, operate and teardown venues.
• Help maintain facilities and avoid damage to property, inventory, furnishings or equipment by following sop's.
• Uphold policies & pricing at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

• A positive "can do" attitude.
• 1+ yrs experience with high volume cocktail sales.
• Proven sales & tip history.

SCHEDULE:

• 20+ hours per week.
• Fri/Sat (6p to 3a)
• Holidays and Special events as needed

COMPENSATION:

• $4 per hour.
• $100 - $250 nightly tips
• Monthly bonuses on member cards, bottle service and member cards.
