About the Wedding Sales position
The Wedding Sales Associate responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Wedding Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with wedding trends, and be able to sell high priced events for the benefit of our client.
Ultimately, the duties of a wedding sales associate are to help our clients and guests have an amazing experience, while consistently meeting event sales goals.
Sales Associate responsibilities are:
Providing excellent customer/sales service
Providing customers with required information
Greeting customers politely
Working hard to drive in sales
Seeking out prospective customers
Being knowledgeable about the products/services
Able to handle contract changes and adjustments
Communicating with team members
Suggesting ideas on how to improve sales
Sales Associate requirements are:
Experience in wedding and event sales, or any related area
Good understanding of sales and customer service
Able to communicate well with customers
Flexible with working hours
Customer-friendly
BA/BSc would be a plus
ABOUT US: The Entertainment District is made up of 12 venues on 7 floors in over 55,000 sq ft, located in Downtown Kalamazoo. The district offers nightlife, concerts, special events and private events .. that include corporate parties, holiday parties, social events, loft weddings, rooftop ceremonies, and overnight accommodations in our penthouse suites.
