JOB OVERVIEW:

• The Entertainment District is always hiring superstar bartenders with a proven record of sales and customer service. The bartenders will work in multiple locations throughout The Entertainment District to create an incredible guest experience through knowledgeable and timely bar service. The successful candidates will make an extreme amount of money for very little hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional beverage service to our guests.
• Upsell beverage choices.
• Crossell bottle service, member cards, and event tickets.
• Work closely and harmoniously with team to set up, operate and teardown venues.
• Help maintain facilities and avoid damage to property, inventory, furnishings or equipment by following sop's.
• Uphold policies & pricing at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

• A positive "can do" attitude.
• 1+ yrs experience with high bar sales.
• Proven sales & tip history.

SCHEDULE:

• 20+ hours per week.
• Thurs/Fri/Sat (6p to 3a) - supervise & motivate
• Holidays and Special events as needed

COMPENSATION:

• $3.52 per hour
• $150 - $350 tips nightly
