POSITION: Bartender Manager

TYPE: Full Time

STATUS: Immediate Opening

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Entertainment District is looking for a full time bar manager with a proven record of sales, leadership and administration. The individual will oversee the districts 20+ bartenders in the goal of creating an incredible guest experience while creating higher sales, and tips for the team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, with strong computer skills and the ability to set goals and manage schedules and plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee bartenders & sales goals for all venues in the entertainment district while in operation.
• Hire, train, track, review and motivate all bartenders to fulfill sales goals, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Educate bartenders on how to increase tips through quality of service, timeliness and attitude.
• Increase upselling & bottle service through marketing and employee contests.
• Work closely and harmoniously with team to set up, operate and teardown venues.
• Help maintain facilities and avoid damage to property, inventory, furnishings or equipment by following sop's.
• Uphold policies & pricing at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A positive "can do" attitude.
• 2+ yrs experience with high bar sales.
• Proven sales & tip history.
• Experience managing & training staff.
• Ability to manage schedules, plans and reports.

SCHEDULE:

• 40+ hours per week.
• Tues/Wed/Thurs (9a to 5p) - recruit & train
• Fri/Sat (6p to 3a) - supervise & motivate
• Holidays and Special events as needed
