Are you a Padawan within the Star Wars Universe seeking a position within Human Resources?  If you are organized, detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about recruiting the right talent, this may be the right opportunity for you! The Human Resources Recruiter plays an important role in understanding the skill-set required for employees to be successful, communicating recruitment objectives, processes and ensuring a great overall candidate/employee experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Recruit and pre-screen the best qualified candidates while using an efficient process from ad placed to start date.
• Partner with hiring managers to gain a better understanding of the position requirements, 30/60/90 day goals and department initiatives. 
• Coordinate candidate interviews with internal stakeholders and consistently communicate the applicant progress.
• Improve the hiring process by analyzing current trends, technology, creative job postings and resources.
• Support Human Resources functions with the employee life cycle; from hire, training, etc.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

• Analytic research acumen
• Optimizes work processes and systems
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• 1+ years of HRIS experience
• 1 - 3 years in an Administrative Recruitment support or in Recruitment role capacity
