    About Happy’s Sports Lounge: Located on the square in downtown Murfreesboro, Happy’s Sports Lounge is a one-of-a-kind entertainment venue that blends sports, nightlife, and social fun. We offer TrackMan indoor golf simulators, duckpin bowling lanes, a full-service bar, live music on weekends, and wall-to-wall sports coverage on dozens of TVs. We’re not just a bar or just a bowling alley, we’re an experience. Position Summary: The Entertainment & Guest Experience Manager is a key leadership role responsible for delivering a high-energy, memorable guest experience across our venue, from the golf bays and bowling lanes to the bar and live stage. This person leads the front-of-house team, oversees daily operations, drives entertainment programming, and ensures the vibe and flow of Happy’s matches our brand: energetic, social, and unforgettable. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Golf, Bowling, and Sports Lounge Operations • Oversee the daily operation of TrackMan golf bays and duckpin bowling lanes • Ensure all entertainment areas are set up, clean, and fully functional before each shift • Educate guests on how to use the golf and bowling systems while providing stellar service • Coordinate group reservations, bay rentals, tournaments, and corporate events Entertainment & Live Music Programming • Manage and schedule weekly entertainment, including live music, trivia, DJs, and themed events • Work directly with local artists, bands, and vendors to build an exciting weekly entertainment calendar • Support marketing initiatives with event planning, logistics, and execution • Oversee A/V needs and collaborate with sound engineers and staff to ensure high-quality experiences Guest Experience Leadership • Be the face of Happy’s during peak hours, greeting guests, solving issues, and setting the tone • Create a consistent, fun, and welcoming atmosphere across the venue • Respond to and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Team Management • Lead and manage front-of-house staff, including bartenders, servers, and floor hosts • Schedule staff shifts to ensure coverage and high performance across all venue areas • Train new team members on systems, service expectations, and venue features • Build a culture of teamwork, fun, and professionalism Facility Oversight • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure everything from the golf bays to the bathrooms are guest-ready • Report and coordinate maintenance needs for golf simulators, bowling equipment, A/V systems, etc. • Help execute venue-wide events, game days, and special promotions Qualifications: • 2+ years in hospitality or venue management (sports bar, bowling alley, golf lounge, or similar preferred) • Experience managing entertainment programming (live music, DJs, special events) • Working knowledge of POS systems, booking tools, or golf simulator platforms is a plus • Strong leadership and communication skills • Passion for guest experience, entertainment, and live sports culture • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and during live event hours Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
