Qualifications  
- BA or BS in Journalism or related field.
- At least two years reporting, shooting, writing, and video-editing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to enterprise, research, and plan compelling stories.
- Experience producing both taped and live reports.
- Must be an excellent writer and communicator in Spanish.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as an entertainment reporter.
- Strong live reporting abilities.
- Deep knowledge of entertainment, culture, and community events.
- Passion for arts, culture, and lifestyle content.
- Comfortable discussing entertainment topics and trends.
- Ability to shoot, write, and edit video packages.
- Exceptional storytelling skills.
- Ability to meet tight production deadlines.
- Capable of setting up interviews and covering live events, including evenings and weekends.
- Proactive in pitching story ideas and generating engaging show topics.
- Collaborative team player across newsroom departments.
- Willingness to work in both Central Florida and Tampa Bay.
- Flexibility to travel, work overtime, and adapt to last-minute schedule changes.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be covered by Solutions, NBCUniversal’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
