POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an entry- level Desktop Support Analyst to provide maintenance and support to a 200 person, growing entertainment company. The desktop support analyst will report to the General Manager and will primarily work in our Century City office. He/she will provide support to all of our remote offices including New York, Chicago and Atlanta.

Primary responsibilities:

· Provide end user support

· Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment

· Work closely with third party MSP

· Field inquiries from employees

· Provide excellent customer service

· Create alternative methods of completing tasks, correcting user errors

· Miscellaneous projects as assigned

Qualifications:

· Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science

· Basic networking knowledge

· Macintosh/Apple OS and Microsoft Windows/Office knowledge

· Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when asked

· Great organizational skills
