Business Intelligence Engineer, Planning and Measurement
Job Description
The Business Intelligence Engineer plays a fundamental role in supporting the Account and Field teams through managing and analyzing business intelligence data, maintaining systems, and designing and building visualization. A strong candidate is comfortable designing and implementing data collection and visualization systems, providing business performance-enhancing updates, and guiding creative problem-solving to improve efficiencies. The role is critical to supporting business performance against KPIs through visualization and reporting.
This role will work directly with the Director of Program Operations and team to refine operations processes to support agency programs and their stakeholders. This role communicates regularly with the national field team to support and troubleshoot data and systems queries. The ideal candidate is collaborative, a self-starter, and can work autonomously on multiple projects. If you are detail-oriented, a problem solver, and user/customer-focused with excellent organizational skills and experience in this field, we’d like to hear from you.
THIS ROLE IS REMOTE-BASED AND REQUIRES QUARTERLY TRAVEL OR MORE TO VARIOUS MARKETS INCLUSIVE OF THE NEW YORK CITY ENTHUSE HEADQUARTERS.

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $100,000 and $125,000 The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
