You will be directed by key performance indicators and measured against those same outcomes: incremental in store activity, incremental sales performance by store and share gains versus the competitive set.

Planning, booking, and deploying in store consumer experiences – bottle engraving, gifting services, education events etc. In-line with an agreed national/regional or local plan

Ensuring on-pack and in store promotional materials are current and in adequate supply

Routinely surveying outlets using specific photo capture software and submitting those surveys on time and in full.

Debriefing sales consultant partners on opportunities and risks in the store. Recommending corrective actions where appropriate

Spotting in store promotional, display and activation opportunities and proposing Diageo Spirits brands as the solution – activating against those opportunities quickly & efficiently.

You will be evaluated on your ability to positively impact Diageo spirits brand performance in the stores that make up your journey plan.

This evaluation will be focused on:

Year on Year depletions (sales to) and sales out (to consumers/shoppers) as reported by CPWS depletion reporting and syndicated (Nielsen/IRI) sales out data.

Share of category growth – are Diageo brands winning or losing share of their respective categories

Year on Year promotional or featured activity – are Diageo brands gaining a share of in store activity as measured by ad track, numerator, or other reporting tools
