    Job Description

    As a hybrid Marketing Operations Finance Intern, you will be an integral part of our marketing operations team, focusing on financial analysis and support. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing finance, process optimization, and data analysis within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with various team members on the Operations Account Team, to support key initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our business.

    Office Hours: Monday – Thursday from 9:00 am- 5:00 pm

    • In person - Monday/Thurs (Enthuse Headquarters NYC)
    • Work from home – Tuesday/Wednesday

    Average Hours: 30 hours per week
    Compensation: This is an hourly paid internship with 1 hour unpaid lunch

    This internship will begin on May 20, 2024 and end on August 2, 2024. Candidate must be available for all 11 weeks of the internship.

    Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Monitor expenses and audit credit card coding
    • Assist in managing the field teams budgets, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals and objectives
    • Assist with analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
    • Assist with regular financial reporting needs
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the account team, finance, and operations, to support joint initiatives and drive alignment
    • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw actionable insights
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in financial analysis and reporting
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
    • A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive projects forward
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Interest in marketing operations and willingness to learn

    Additional Information

    The base compensation for this job classification is $16.00 hourly. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
