Part Time Key Holder
Gamer Oasis is now hiring for a part time key holder to join our sales team. As a Key Holder and valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing the best possible customer service, assisting customers and fellow employees in a timely fashion, and maintaining a clean and safe space for customers to use and enjoy. Product knowledge is a plus but a willing-to-learn attitude is what we are looking for. Other responsibilities include:
• Assisting Customers in every facet of their shopping experience, from greeting to guiding them through the payment process.
• Handle all customer interactions including potential issues and returns courteously and professionally.
• Opening and Closing the store in a timely fashion while maintaining proper procedures to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Supporting your Store Manager and other associates in maintaining a clean and organized Storefront and Play Space.
• Assisting your Manager in processing incoming inventory from vendors and customer trades and ensuring correct on-hand inventory counts.
• Driving sales through excellent customer service, knowledge of product and current sales, and assisting other store associates where necessary.
