    Currently, we are looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented candidate to join our team as a Junior Client Service Management. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship on a daily basis to ensure our trainees feel comfortable like they are learning each department before moving into a Management role.

     

    JUNIOR CLIENT SERVICE MANAGEMENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assists manager by providing support to each department including sales, customer service, and marketing.

    • Supports the entire team by communicating expectations and standards

    • Help coach, support, and assist in critical conversations with employees

    • Aid in the cycle of development of someone new to the team

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies in accordance with our client's initiatives and market goals

    • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for getting experience with new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job

     

    QUALIFICATIONS OF A JUNIOR CLIENT SERVICE MANAGEMENT:

    • Ability to have critical conversations in an individual or group setting

    • Providing feedback to our team on certain goals and standards that must be obtained daily

    • Not a stranger to coaching a large team

    • Ability to multitask on different projects in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong verbal communication skills

    • 3-4 years in a client-facing role or sales position

     

    EDUCATION NEEDED:

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

    • Bachelor's degree in business or management is preferred but not required

    • Efficient in Microsoft Office

     

    THIS POSITION IS COMMISSION-BASED AND PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY. THIS POSITION INVOLVES DIRECT SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
