Currently, we are looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented candidate to join our team as a Junior Client Service Management. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship on a daily basis to ensure our trainees feel comfortable like they are learning each department before moving into a Management role.
JUNIOR CLIENT SERVICE MANAGEMENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists manager by providing support to each department including sales, customer service, and marketing.
Supports the entire team by communicating expectations and standards
Help coach, support, and assist in critical conversations with employees
Aid in the cycle of development of someone new to the team
Develop and execute marketing strategies in accordance with our client's initiatives and market goals
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for getting experience with new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job
QUALIFICATIONS OF A JUNIOR CLIENT SERVICE MANAGEMENT:
Ability to have critical conversations in an individual or group setting
Providing feedback to our team on certain goals and standards that must be obtained daily
Not a stranger to coaching a large team
Ability to multitask on different projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communication skills
3-4 years in a client-facing role or sales position
EDUCATION NEEDED:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in business or management is preferred but not required
Efficient in Microsoft Office
