Role Description We are looking for future leaders in our office to join one of the company's top producing teams. This is a full-time Hybrid Financial Services Professional role located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The right individual will be provided with endless resources and industry leading training to help to ensure their career goals are attainable. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, life protection, disability coverage, retirement planning, and providing financial services to clients. The candidate will also be responsible for timely and effective communication with clients and colleagues. Qualifications • Excellent Communication Skills • Leadership Characteristics • Willingness to obtain Series 6/7 & 63 within your first 12 months • Self-motivated, competitive individuals • Entrepreneurial mindset Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals • Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term relationships as a reliable financial service professional • Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services • Work with each client to collect personal financial information including status, cash flow, and expectations for documentation in our CRM • Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and serves we offer Qualifications: • Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must • Relationship management skills are required • Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
