About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and hardworking intern who wants hands-on experience learning how to grow and operate a small construction and service-based business. This is not a typical internship where you sit on the sidelines. You’ll work directly with ownership and management to learn real-world business skills including lead generation, sales, customer communication, operations, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new leads
Reach out to potential customers through phone calls, email, social media, and networking
Help coordinate communication between customers and our General Manager
Follow up with incoming inquiries and opportunities
Assist with scheduling estimates and appointments
Learn how quoting, sales, and project management work within a construction company
Support marketing and business development efforts
Help identify opportunities for company growth
Compensation
This is a paid, performance-based internship with uncapped earning potential.
Compensation includes:
Pay per qualified lead that receives a quote
Commission on revenue from jobs you help bring in and pass to the sales manager
