Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing ongoing support
Partner with the marketing team to align strategies with current campaigns, trends, and customer insights
Proactively identify and pursue new business and growth opportunities within existing and potential accounts
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to ensure smooth collaboration
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to continuously improve performance and knowledge
