Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Assist in managing day-to-day client needs and resolving issues promptly
Support senior account managers with client reporting, updates, and feedback
Maintain accurate client records, communications, and progress tracking
Help identify client growth opportunities and support retention strategies
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Attend training and development sessions to gain industry and product knowledge
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use
No prior account management experience required – training will be provided
