• Worksite Location: Eagan, MN
• Compensation: $55,000 for Entry Level, up to $70,000 if experienced
• 2025 Accounting grads encouraged to apply!

What you’ll do as the Staff Accountant:

• Perform general ledger accounting including journal entries, month-end close activities, account analysis and reconciliations
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Research and resolve reconciling items for inventory and intercompany accounts
• Provide accounting support for product, truck, and trailer sales departments
• Review, post, and audit sales
• Review and audit rental contracts, book rental sales, reconciliation of inventory and rental accounts
• Prepare and distribute associated sales reporting
• Manage and administer vendor rebate programs
• Assist in the month, quarter, and year end close process
• Assist with financial and vendor audits

What you’ll bring to the Staff Accountant role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
• 0-2 years of Accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
