    Position Overview

    We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Entry-Level Accountant to join our corporate office in Southern California. This is a full-time, in-office role focused heavily on accounting support functions, along with administrative duties and internal coordination.

    This position is ideal for a candidate with foundational accounting knowledge who is looking to grow their experience in a fast-paced, hands-on business environment. You will play an essential role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the accounting team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    Note: This role includes a two-week vetting period followed by a 90-day probationary period, after which PTO and vacation eligibility begin.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with core accounting functions, including:

    Data entry and maintenance of financial records

    Generating and sending invoices

    Performing basic account reconciliations

    Recording and tracking customer payments

    Work directly in QuickBooks to manage transactions and ensure financial accuracy

    Input and process customer sales orders with a high degree of accuracy

    Assist with preparation of internal financial reports as requested

    Support administrative operations, including document preparation, filing, and handling incoming communication (calls and emails)

    Maintain organized digital and physical financial records

    Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely flow of accounting information

    Communicate professionally with internal staff and customers regarding billing and payment matters

    Requirements

    Foundational experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial support roles

    Proficiency with QuickBooks (required)

    Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to learn new systems quickly

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation

    Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple accounting and administrative tasks

    Dependable, professional, and responsive to direction from management

    Comfortable working within a collaborative, fast-paced office environment

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Compensation & Benefits

    Hourly Rate: $23.00

    PTO: 5 days (40 hours) of paid time off per year

    Begins accruing after 90 days of employment

    Accrues at a rate of 0.01923 hours per hour worked

    Accrued PTO can be used within 90 days of earning it

    Health Benefits: Not currently available, but planned for the near future
