As an Assembler on our production team, you'll play a vital role in crafting high‑quality, performance‑driven products that archers around the world rely on.

Responsibilities

• Assemble & Package: Follow clear work instructions to build, inspect, and pack archery components.
• Meet Production Goals : Hit daily and weekly targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Hands‑On Work : Lift and maneuver parts and bins, use basic hand tools, and work safely on the production floor.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify minor process enhancements and share feedback with your team.
• Housekeeping : Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Entry‑Level Talent : No prior manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Small parts assembly experience a plus.

• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs independently **

• Detail‑Oriented : Ability to follow step‑by‑step processes and maintain high accuracy.

• Team Player : Positive attitude, good communication skills, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
