    We’re looking for a Junior Associate Attorney to join our in-office team. This is an entry-level role designed for a recent law school graduate or newly licensed attorney who is eager to build a career in personal injury litigation. You’ll work directly under the guidance of the managing partner, gaining hands-on training and exposure to all aspects of personal injury law—from case intake through trial preparation. This role is ideal for someone with strong research and writing skills, who is detail-oriented, and who is ready to learn the practice of litigation in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities (with training and supervision) • Draft basic pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses • Conduct legal research and prepare supporting memoranda • Assist in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials • Review and organize medical records, police reports, and other key documents • Communicate with clients, experts, and court staff under attorney supervision • Use case management software (Clio, SmartAdvocate, Filevine, etc.) to track case progress and deadlines • Support the managing partner with day-to-day case management tasks Qualifications: • J.D. degree and admission (or pending admission) to the [State] Bar • Up to one year of experience in litigation or a related legal setting (internships/clinics accepted) • Familiarity with case management software such as Clio, SmartAdvocate, or Filevine preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
