Our client, a prestigious full-service and mid-sized law firm located in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, is seeking highly motivated Associate Attorneys to join their dynamic team. Recently barred/admitted attorneys and those completing a law clerkship are encouraged to apply.

The firm is dedicated to providing top-notch legal representation, achieving quality results through strong advocacy and personalized service. Their experienced team of attorneys, supported by dedicated personnel, upholds a commitment to excellence across various areas of law.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide legal representation and counsel in a variety of practice areas, including personal injury defense, workers' compensation, tax appeals, labor/employment law, and civil rights.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and projects.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and developments.
• Participate in investigations and discovery processes as needed.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar or recent completion of a law clerkship.
• Strong advocacy and legal research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
