    What You’ll Do (Entry-Level)

    • Serve as a brand ambassador for AT&T, providing full product and service representation

    • Engage with customers daily to identify the best solutions for their needs

    • Stay current on promotions, plans, and pricing

    • Build strong customer relationships focused on trust and retention

    • Participate in ongoing professional and leadership development

    Leadership Track

    We are actively developing future leaders within LI Consulting. Top performers will train to manage a team of 10–15 sales representatives. Leadership responsibilities include:

    • Coaching, training, and motivating team members

    • Driving team sales performance while ensuring top-tier customer experience

    • Assisting in the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies

    • Supporting recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts

    • Conducting performance reviews and development planning

    What We’re Looking For

    • Positive attitude with a sense of humor

    • 1+ year of customer-facing experience preferred (not required)
