As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the client’s brand — engaging directly with customers at events, pop-ups, and retail activations. This is a great opportunity to build valuable communication skills, gain hands-on marketing experience, and grow within a fast-paced, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent client brands professionally at live events and promotions

• Initiate conversations with the public to promote products, services, or offers

• Answer questions, provide information, and help create a positive customer experience

• Assist with setting up, managing, and breaking down event displays

• Track interactions and report feedback to campaign managers

• Collaborate with team members to reach daily and weekly outreach goals

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality

• Eager to learn and take on new challenges

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or events is a plus — but not required
