Job Description
Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify and manage the business requirements needs of the project. He/she will also participate in the testing, implementation and support phases of the project.
Responsibilities :
- Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade
- Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication.
- Analyse the vision and scope of new projects, services and softwares.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services.
- Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements.
- Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or workshops.
- Optimise budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency
- Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders
