The expected on-target earnings for this role range from $30,000 - $40,000 annually (base + commission), with top performers having significantly higher earning potential. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Initiate outbound calls and engage with potential clients to identify and qualify new sales opportunities for our VoIP solutions. • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective customers' communication challenges and demonstrate how our VoIP solutions provide cost-effective, scalable, and integrated benefits. • Present compelling product pitches and confidently overcome objections, guiding prospects through the initial stages of the sales process entirely over the phone. • Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline within our CRM system, meticulously documenting all interactions and progress. • Collaborate effectively with senior sales team members and marketing to align on strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey. • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, contributing directly to the company's revenue growth. • Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development programs to master product knowledge and refine sales techniques. Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills: • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and articulate value clearly over the phone. • Strong time management, organizational, and active listening skills. • A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient mindset with a strong drive to achieve results. • Demonstrated interest in technology, particularly telecommunications or VoIP solutions, and a willingness to learn complex product details. • Proficiency in basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software (e.g.,ZOHO) is a plus.
