    We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building high-quality products as part of a growing team.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Crate Builder/Woodworker. This position is designed for someone with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training in building custom wooden crates used to ship lighting fixtures and other products securely. A high school diploma and a basic understanding of math, fractions, and measurements are required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Build and assemble wooden shipping crates based on project needs and shipping specifications.

    Assist with measuring and cutting wood using manual and power tools.

    Receive hands-on training in safely operating equipment such as saws, drills, and nail guns.

    Help inspect crates for structural integrity and reinforce as needed.

    Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

    Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time and according to schedule.

    Desired Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Basic understanding of math, fractions, and measurements.

    Willingness to learn and take direction.

    Ability to work safely with tools and machinery (training provided).

    Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor.

    Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

    Experience with woodworking is a plus, but not required

    Work Environment:

    Warehouse and production floor setting with exposure to woodworking tools, noise, and wood dust.

    Required use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).

    Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and working with materials and equipment.
