    Job Type: Full-Time

    Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday ****

    Pay: $50,000 – $70,000 per year Starting Rate: $22.71/hour

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Chemical Operator to join our team in Nitro, WV. In this hands-on role, you’ll be trained to operate a variety of equipment used in chemical manufacturing and play a key part in maintaining safe and efficient plant operations.

    No previous chemical operator experience is required — we provide all health and safety training.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate and monitor chemical manufacturing equipment including pumps, fork trucks, and process systems
    • Load and unload materials and products
    • Perform moderate lifting and other physical tasks as required
    • Complete daily safety, quality, and process manufacturing forms
    • Follow all health, safety, and environmental protocols
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and peers

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to pass a basic math proficiency test
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
    • Physically able to lift moderate weights and work on your feet for extended periods
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
    • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured training environment
