    What You’ll Do

    We’re hiring for an Entry-Level Field Technician. You’ll help service, install, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment. No prior experience in this exact trade is required—we’ll train the right person.

    A background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC/R work is helpful, but not required.

    Your Day-to-Day Includes:

    Assisting with equipment repairs, installations, and maintenance

    Learning to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

    Traveling to local customer sites throughout Vermont

    Keeping accurate notes and communicating clearly with dispatch

    What You’ll Need

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    Comfort using tools and solving mechanical problems

    High School Diploma or GED

    Ability to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, pull 50 lbs

    Basic hand tools (we can help you get started)

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
